On Saturday 7 December at St Andrew’s Hall, the Norwich Philharmonic Orchestra is performing one of the major A-level set works, Berlioz ‘Symphonie Fantastique’, marking the 150th anniversary of the composer’s death.
The orchestra is offering tickets at a special discount of just £7 for students/under 26s and are inviting young musicians and their parents to come along to hear their concert.
To complete the French-themed evening, the rest of the programme features romantic repertoire, from Saint Saens to Lalo’s ‘Symphonie Espagnole’, performed by the virtuoso violinist Zoe Beyers.
