Musical Landscapes Project with OAE
KS2 pupils from 8 schools in West Norfolk join together with players from the Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment for a schools and community concert at King’s Lynn Corn Exchange, exploring their environment from huge prehistoric landscapes to the world they live in today.
As part of the Musical Landscapes project, they will have received two workshops in-school to learn a new song written by James Redwood, and their WCET groups will have also learned a short section to play in the concert too as part of a piece depicting the industrial revolution.
Musical Landscapes is a creative music project for primary schools to explore the world they live in through creative music workshops and concerts with the Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment (OAE) and the Norfolk Music Service.
