Norfolk County Youth Orchestra, the flagship ensemble of Norfolk Music Service, presents a powerful programme of Sibelius, Rachmaninov and Shostakovich. The orchestra is made up of talented young musicians aged between 12-19, and are proud to be joined by distinguished pianist Peter Donohoe in Rachmaninov’s Piano Concerto No.2. The culmination of the Norfolk Music Service’s Fiddlesticks and Classic Strings workshops. Players from both workshops will combine for a Celebration of Young Strings workshop at St Andrews Hall on Sunday April 24th.
